Introduction Low-back pain causes sleep disorders, which impairs the quality of life (QOL) patients. Sleep disorders are associated with lumbar spinal stenosis (LSS); however, postoperative effects LSS surgery on unknown. This study aimed to assess in patients using wearable activity trackers and determine whether improves quality.
